A little bit about ourselves and Baon Manila Nights
Baon Manila Nights is Pop up Dinner series created to bring together Chefs, cooks, students and Restauranteurs with a love of filipino cuisine and our culture.
What started as an idea has frankensteined it's way into the bellies of winnipegers in the beginning of July. We hope the
masses grow and deliver a filipino food scene that rivals the big cities.
The combination of Amanda and Allan Pineda has created a love child named Baon Bistro, although on a extended and excruciatingly long hiatus our food truck will have to wait. Until then we will do our best to bring filipino food in winnipeg's mainstream with Baon Manila Nights.
